I have always been curious and adventurous, in both mind and soul. Maybe not bungee-jumping-off-bridges adventurous, but I’ve always been open to what comes my way.
My deep desire for wholeness and listening at every level has had me explore and learn about compassion, non-judgment, forgiveness, and non-duality. My belief in something vaster than “me” has led me to explore realms such as mindfulness, energy healing, intuitive communication, and paths of consciousness transformation.
I started my professional career in 1986 in finance and administration, straight after graduation. In the 25+ years since, I have served in the areas of sales, marketing, inventory planning, and cross-national system planning and upgrades. My path has blessed me with living in three different countries and working on three continents. These experiences have brought rich learning about subtle communication, as language and culture add nuanced layers to thoughts and speech. Since 2010, I have been integrating my work in the electronics industry and background in business operations with my capacities for deep reflective listening and resonance-based facilitation. I am channeling my gifts through coaching and transformational conversations.
As an intuitive communicator, field alchemist, and awareness coach, I specialize in deep listening and resonance-based facilitation that illuminates key insights, brings clarity, and sparks holistic transformation. My passion is supporting clients through deep transformation by “making the invisible visible”.
Transitioning into a new way of thinking and being is a process. As Jeff Vander Clute and I were introduced to Sourcing the Way (STW) back in 2013 it became apparent that STW has a consciousness of its own and that it is not just Jeff and I that are supporting its evolution, it’s the three of us together!
In a recent blog post, Organizational Realization: A new way of leadership, I made reference to the experience that all organizations have a consciousness of its own and when there is correlation between the human consciousness and the consciousness of the organization a deep coherence and resonance arises. Something we continue to experience in our work with STW. And it is important to note that we didn’t create STW, it showed itself to us, and it continues to do so.
Almost immediately after Jeff and I had committed to working together in a more focused way, we started to become aware of STW’s presence. Early on it became clear that strategic planning the “customary” way wasn’t on the agenda. I was perplexed as I knew no other way. Especially not in business. (STW is a business after all.) How would we survive in the business world if we didn’t follow the “tried and tested” model?
According to Greg McKeown, one thing that may prevent us from reaching the next level (whatever that may be) is “success”.
A somewhat mind-boggling statement as we are used to thinking that once we are “successful” then we have it covered. Now having heard him speak to his inquiry and findings, his statement makes perfect sense. As the word “successful” is riddled with assumptions and connotations, I’m looking at it through a broader lens. I hold it to mean “a frame of mind where we feel content and in balance”.
Below is an inspiring short video (5 min) that speaks to staying successful through providing space for reflection, to help us discern what carries the most meaning in our lives, personally as well as professionally.
Allowing Greg’s message to bridge to what Sourcing the Way offers, language courtesy Jeff Vander Clute, we resonate strongly with following a path of:
Discerning the essence
Opening space regularly to stay in the flow
Developing the capacity to say no (gracefully, respectfully) to the inessential
Sourcing the Way has since the summer of 2013 developed tools and processes that support visionaries, entrepreneurs, and organizational leaders who are approaching or are already in, a process of change.
Our work is related to “Organizational Development,” but is more focused on “Organizational Realization” which means that we support the deepening of an organization’s awareness by making visible inner wisdom that helps to uncover aligned areas of focus and resonant strategies for moving forward.
We do this by creating the space needed for leaders and teams to be able to deepen their connection with the essence of the organization and its true purpose. Our experience tells us that once we open the door to deepen our understanding of the whole, circumstances begin to shift. We start to see patterns of how a more aligned and coherent entity can take form, which then supports further development and where events, if we are awake and receptive, will come into place in a way that we could not have foreseen by “thinking our way forward.”
Over the years the Squeeze has evolved and I have come to learn that I have an ability to “feel” when a conversation is engaged at “heart” or “mind” level. Different people refer to “mind” as the higher mind, the thinking mind, or just head or brain. I chose to think of “mind” as being the thinking mind, i.e. where we process the information that we have access to, where we base our decisions and felt sense on what we already know. In terms of “heart” some people think of it as the space where we make decisions based on our feelings and emotions, others are leaning more towards understanding it to be our soul or essence. I’m leaning towards the latter.
Early on I “knew” that my 3D mind was limited in understanding the width and depth of what opportunities may lie ahead. Even if I had lots of experience and knowledge, there would still be an incredible number of possibilities and opportunities that I would not be able to name nor suggest as they expanded beyond my sphere of awareness.
And, I had a sense that by fixating on a desired outcome I would limit what was possible… Therefore, it felt only natural to invite ALL possibilities to play and allow my inner guidance system to take me by the hand and guide me forward.
